These Terms govern access to and use of sopapets.com and purchases made through the website. The website and online store are operated under the name Sopapets ("Sopapets," "we," "us," or "our") and are hosted by Shopify. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you reside, to make a purchase. Customer accounts are optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and activity conducted through your account.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Color, texture, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or natural material variations. We may update descriptions, discontinue products, correct errors, or reasonably limit purchase quantities.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted following successful payment processing and issuance of an order confirmation, subject to inventory availability, fraud screening, and verification. We may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate information. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded. Cancellation requests should be sent promptly to support@sopapets.com. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods may include Shopify-supported cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices and promotions on sopapets.com may differ from third-party marketplaces. We do not guarantee cross-platform price matching.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy at https://sopapets.com/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, address errors, government action, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not prevent us from assisting with lost or damaged shipment claims.

Sopapets Care

Sopapets Care provides one year of support for material and workmanship issues under normal use. It excludes misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear of consumable components. This commitment does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to violate law or third-party rights; commit fraud or misuse promotions; upload malware or disrupt security; collect another person's personal information without authorization; circumvent access controls, rate limits, or CAPTCHA protections; or conduct unauthorized scraping or automated extraction. Ordinary search-engine indexing and authorized integrations are not prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, and product materials, is owned by or licensed to Sopapets unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Customer Content and Feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant Sopapets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it for operating, improving, and promoting our products and services. Any material incentive connected with a review must be disclosed.

Third-Party Services and Shopify

The website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, review, or social-media services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Purchases from this store are transactions between the customer and Sopapets, not Shopify.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Sopapets will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Termination

We may restrict access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or a material violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will take effect on the stated date and will be communicated where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's place of residence.
